What is the guture of Lotus Notes/Domino? Should I start learning Websphere? How long will Websphere is around. 5, 10 years?

Should I move from Lotus Notes/Domino and become certified in either Oracle or SQL or Java?

Which will benefit me in the next 10 years?

Thanks
